New Marketing Program Launch introducing improved web-site and customer functionality

Launch of New Sinopec Sincere Appreciation

Sinopec Sincere Appreciation Value Added Service Website has been relaunched in July 2006. The aim of the new website was to create a richer, more user friendly experience. At the same time we have created a more interactive experience for SA Club Members, giving them new services and application to help them manage their own account spending, redemption and point accumulation. New security features were added in order to accommodate the access of the www.saclub.com.cn website from any computer, from anywhere, anytime.

Customers Can Get All Major Functions In One Page
The new website has a concise front-page with outstanding major functions. Users can access all 7 major functions for gas card services from the front page including point redemption, lucky draw, transaction detail, gift redemption record, customer profile update as well as customer feedback. The function to query stations by province is now easily accessed from this page, making it easier to locate stations in your area or region.

More Functions of "My Zone"
The new website integrated "My Zone" and "Points and Reward" together. To satisfy customers’ need to download and store inquiry result of transaction record and gift redemption record, a new download function has been added giving the consumer the ability to keep their records privately on their own home computer or laptop. Meanwhile, detailed gift information and redemption status have also moved to "My Zone".
