Growth through good customer services and convenience

By the end of 2008, Sinopec issued more than 26 million gas cards. At the same time, the gas card network has been extended to 18,000 plus service stations. The Sincerity Appreciation Program (SAP) and Value Added Services were launched on July 1, 2005. Customers can gain 1 loyalty point for each litre of gas they purchased. There are variety of gifts can be redeemed by using loyalty points. Furthermore, there are hundreds of valued gifts in Monthly Lucky Draw for registered users to try their lucks. In addition, we have provided many high valued value added services to all registered members, such as free Road Side Services, Top-up and give-a-way Insurance Policy, Send a Chinese New Year Card to a Friend Who Will Entitle to a Free Insurance Policy, etc.

Easy of Use

There are more than 8,000 gas card issuing centres can top-up the Sinopec gas prepaid card, which can purchase gas in over 18,000 Sinopec petrol stations nationwide. Customers can call a nationwide hotline 95105888 / 95105988 for inquiry if needed.

Gas Usage Management

Sinopec gas card customers can view detailed transactions information through the SA Club website ( www.saclub.com.cn ). Customers who could manage their gas usage appropriately if required.
